Paid campaigns built around your sales model — measured by leads, ROAS and cost per acquisition, not impressions.
Google Ads and Meta Ads management is the ongoing planning, setup, conversion tracking and optimization of paid campaigns on Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube, and on Facebook and Instagram. The goal is not clicks. It is measurable leads, sales and return on ad spend (ROAS) at an acquisition cost that fits your margins.
Yore Solutions runs Google Ads and Meta Ads for companies in the United States and Europe. We work inside your ad account, set up conversion tracking before we scale any budget, and report the numbers a business owner actually needs: cost per lead, cost per order, revenue and ROAS. If a campaign only produces traffic, we say so and fix it.
Paid media works differently for a home-services company in Texas, a B2B software vendor and a DTC brand on Shopify. We build every account around the way you sell, not around a template.
HVAC, plumbing, roofing, legal, dental and medical practices, contractors and multi-location businesses. Search campaigns for "service + city" queries, call and form tracking, and geo-targeting limited to the area you can actually serve.
Consultancies, manufacturers, IT and software companies, agencies. Longer decision cycles and lead quality over lead volume: search plus remarketing, dedicated landing pages and CRM-connected tracking so sales can rate every lead.
Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Magento stores. Shopping and Performance Max on Google, Advantage+ shopping and dynamic remarketing on Meta, product-feed optimization. Judged by ROAS, cost per order and new-customer share.
Companies that need to validate demand fast. Controlled test budgets, message and offer testing, trial and demo conversions tracked end to end, and a clear read on whether a channel is worth scaling.
Google Ads reaches people who are actively searching for a product or service. Meta Ads reaches people on Facebook and Instagram who match your audience but have not started searching yet. One captures existing demand; the other creates demand and brings visitors back through remarketing.
| Google Ads | Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) | |
|---|---|---|
| Who you reach | People typing a query into Google right now | People scrolling feeds, Stories and Reels who fit your audience |
| Intent | High: demand capture | Lower at first: demand creation, then remarketing |
| Best for | Services, B2B, e-commerce with established demand | Visual products, new brands and offers, e-commerce, remarketing |
| Main formats | Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display | Image and video ads, Reels, Advantage+ shopping, lead ads |
| Key metrics | Cost per lead, cost per acquisition, ROAS | Cost per acquisition, ROAS, incremental reach |
| Time to first leads | Days, if demand exists | Days to weeks, depending on creative and audience data |
That is why we never start with "Google or Facebook?". We start with your business goal, how your customers decide, your margins, your service area and your budget, and only then define the role of each platform.
Google Ads shows your ad the moment a potential customer types a query related to your offer. It is the strongest channel when the customer already has a specific need and is comparing providers, which is the case for most services, B2B purchases and a large part of e-commerce.
Cost per click is not our key metric. A click is a cost; value appears only when traffic turns into a call, a form, a sale or another measurable conversion. If you also want to grow free visibility in Google, see our SEO services.
Meta Ads reaches potential customers on Facebook and Instagram even when they are not typing your product into a search engine. In this channel the creative, the offer, the message and audience data matter most, and a campaign is only as good as the ad people actually stop for.
In e-commerce, Google and Meta usually complement each other: Google captures existing demand while Facebook and Instagram build interest and return to the user at later stages of the decision. If you also need organic content and video, see social media management and video and short-form content.
You do not need to know how Search differs from Performance Max or how Meta's algorithm works. We start with your sales goal and pick the system for you.
In an online store, traffic is not the goal. What counts is sales, revenue, cost per order and ROAS. We analyze campaign structure together with the product feed, category and product pages and transaction data, then combine Shopping and Performance Max on Google with prospecting and dynamic remarketing on Meta.
If ads generate traffic but the store converts poorly, a bigger budget will not fix it. In that case we look at the store itself first. See websites and online stores.
In services and B2B, lead quality matters more than lead count. We track calls, forms, chats and booked meetings, import offline conversions from your CRM where possible, and use your sales team's feedback to teach the platforms which leads are worth paying for. A campaign that produces cheap, unqualified leads is not a cheap campaign.
Speed of follow-up decides whether a paid lead becomes a customer. If enquiries wait hours for a reply, see marketing automation.
Costs and results change with competition, seasonality, user behavior, offer changes and the data the ad platform collects. We regularly review where the budget goes and test the elements that can improve performance: queries, audiences, bids, creative, landing pages and conversion settings.
We do not optimize for Quality Score alone. Google describes Quality Score as a diagnostic tool based on expected click-through rate, ad relevance and landing page experience. We monitor it, but business decisions rest on conversions, acquisition cost and profitability. A good campaign does not end at the click: the landing page must deliver what the ad promised and make the next step easy.
The cost has two parts: the media budget you pay directly to Google or Meta, and the management fee for strategy, setup, optimization and reporting. Budget size depends on your industry, competition, location, product or service value, campaign goal and the amount of data needed to judge results reliably.
There is no universal amount that is right for every company. Instead of promising cheap clicks, we establish what cost per lead or cost per sale makes economic sense in your business model, and present a specific scope and fee after the audit, before any work starts.
We review your current account or the potential of launching from scratch, including your website, tracking and competitors.
We agree what counts as a valuable conversion, what it may cost, and how results will be measured and reported.
We build structure, targeting, creative and landing-page alignment, launch the campaigns and gather conversion data.
We move budget where the data shows the biggest potential, test what can improve results and report what matters to the business.

FAQ
Most often with Google Ads search campaigns, and for online stores also Shopping and Performance Max. The choice should follow what your customers search for, how your landing page looks and which conversions you can measure. A short audit of demand and your website is the right first step.
The media budget depends on your industry, location, competition, campaign quality and your website's conversion rate, and it is separate from the management fee. A sensible level can only be set after analyzing demand and the cost per lead or sale that makes sense for your business.
The management fee depends on account scale, number of campaigns and markets, measurement scope and whether e-commerce feeds are involved. After the audit we present a specific scope of work and a fee before the cooperation starts.
Google Ads answers existing demand and reaches people actively searching for an offer. Meta Ads builds interest on Facebook and Instagram and runs remarketing. For many companies the channels complement each other, and the budget split should follow conversion data.
Paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram runs through the Meta Ads system. Results depend on the offer, the creative, audience data, the campaign objective and the quality of the page or form the ad leads to.
